Diversity Dance

Diversity of players leads to both collaborative and disruptive behaviors. All are necessary to create healthy group dynamics and bring about the prospect of promised potential (synergy). The inspiration to the ‘dancing weed heads’ came from the fiddle head plants observed in Devil’s Den park in CT in one of my hikes.
